Policy, FAQ and How The Process Works

  • My current processing time is 4 to 5 weeks for tumblers and 3 to 4 weeks for tees, (Business days are Monday-Friday and holidays are not included as business days.) If I am able to get it done sooner, I certainly try to. I work on all orders in the order that they are received. Unless a RUSH fee was applied. 
  • Epoxy is temperamental by nature and can occasionally dry unevenly. I prefer to deliver a smooth product to you, so this may cause a longer turn around time.
  • T shirt, Keychain and Phone Grip turn around times are approximately 3-4 weeks from the time the shirts are ordered from my distributor.
  • Wholesale purchases receive a custom turnaround time depending on amount of product ordered.
  • I will no loner be accepting orders without any form of payment. I begin working on an order only when full payment is received. If you pay in full I will refund 75% back if you choose to cancel. Cancellations are accepted up to 1 week before your start date. I cannot cancel an order I have already started and a refund will not be issued. 
  • All details should be confirmed during the order process. This includes size, colors, decal fonts, etc.
  • Epoxy made products such as cups, keychains and phone grips:
  • While epoxy is reasonably durable, if dropped, slammed or placed with force against a hard surface- your product will crack. Please handle epoxy products with care, they are fragile and will break or crack if handled roughly or thrown. Do not place your epoxy made products in the dishwasher, soak in water, keep in extreme heated conditions or place in direct sunlight for an extended period of time. Please hand wash only! Use a soft sponge, as rougher scrub brushes may scratch the surface. Lastly, do not place your product in the microwave. Both Stainless steel and epoxy are not microwave safe.
  • Once I start on your cup, it will take 5-7 days afterwards that they will be completed and ready for pick up or shipment. Epoxy takes 24 hours between coats to fully cure. Glitter tumblers require more epoxy than a non glittered, hence they take the longest to complete.
  • I will try and go LIVE 1-2 times a week and if your a liker or follower of the page I can message you before hand so you can watch your creation brought to life. Please message me your order number and say I wanna see the live! 
  • Upon request, I can provide digital proofs for approval before final epoxy to make sure everything is correct. Please leave a note during the order process or Facebook message me your order number.
  • All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted. Because these items are handmade their may be minor imperfections, that are out of my control. I include care cards and a permanent care sticker on the bottom of each cup. If you damage your cup and would like me to fix it, you can mail it back to me, and I can repair for a fee, depending how badly damaged it is.
  • By paying for your order, you consent to a photo of your item being shared on the Savvy Revolution Facebook page and all other social media outlets. If you do not want a picture of your item shared, or you would like it posted at a later date, please let me know.

Additional disclaimer on cups:

  • If you have ordered a cup in a solid color, there may be a few specs of rogue glitter on your cup. I work with a crazy amount of glitter and I try my best to keep my solid cups separate. Please also understand that my products are handmade, and therefore may contain minor flaws. In addition, due to the wide variety of car cup holder sizes and shapes, I cannot guarantee that any of my cups will fit in any particular cup holder. If you find that your cup does not fit, I recommend a car cup holder expander which can be found on amazon.

T-shirt care:

  • Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold with a mild detergent only, tumble dry LOW or hang dry.
  • All Sales are final. Your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted. Because these items are handmade their may be minor imperfections, that are out of my control. I include care cards. However, if you find any defects or the design begins to peel before washing I will fix it.
  • Upon request, I can show you a mock up of the design from my computer and have you approve before I cut it. 

Shipping Delays and Product Insurance:

  • My turn around time approximation accounts for the time I receive payment for your order to the time I am ready to ship your order. Please understand that I do my best to get your products shipped to you as quickly as possible, but as soon as it is in the possession of the carrier, I am not responsible for delayed delivery times. I securely package all of my products with bubble wrap, space savers and/ or filler paper. I also insure all of my packages. 
  • All shipping is done through USPS Priority Shipping, and includes a tracking number. Shipping time varies by the state you live in and can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. 
  • I am not responsible for damages or lost items incurred during shipping, your tracking number has insurance on it, and a claim can be made by you for the insurance money, and you can reorder with the claim money, or I can file the claim and re-make your items at no cost. You will have to send item back to me and packaging in order for the claim to be approved by USPS. This is per USPS guidelines for claims and is out of my control as well. I am not responsible for damages in shipment. Please message me if your item arrives damaged I’ll need photos of damages, and photos of box damage with label shown, you may also have to mail both back for me to be able to give to USPS to inspect. Again these guidelines are from USPS and not myself.
