Please refer to the warranty under each item description. Custom personalized items are not eligible for returns.

We want you to have the Best Shopping Experience Ever when you’re shopping with Savvy Revolution

So we’ve gone out of our way to make sure that we’re not only giving you the best, trendiest, sassiest, fun creations available, we’re also giving you the best in customer service.

Because everything we do is with your best interest in mind.

That’s why we’ve completely revamped our old Return Policy and redesigned it to make returns fast and easy for you.  

Here's a Quick Summary:

  • 30 Days for exchanges
  • 30 Days for returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • Flat $7.95 processing and shipment fee
  • Up to two weeks to process your exchange/return request
  • Flash sales, 20%+ discounts, and items ending in $.95 are FINAL SALE
  • Certain items are excluded, please see below.


Exchanges
 

Sometimes things don’t quite fit the way we expect them to. But maybe a size larger, or smaller, would be perfect. 

Or maybe you accidentally ordered the wrong color? With Savvy Revolution, you don’t have to give up on getting what you want.

So don’t worry! The great news is that at Savvy Revolution because we’re so invested in taking excellent care of you, we have your back!

We’re going to make sure that you get the items you were so excited about getting in the 1st place.  

 

A couple of notes to make this run super smoothly for you

1st, when you’re completing your information via email to Savvyrevolution@aol.com, make sure to include name, order number items to be returned.

2nd, make sure to give the reason you’re returning your item, & let us know what it is that could have been better- we’re always trying to improve your experience with us. 

3rd, please be sure to attach a photo so we can see what’s going on, especially if there’s been any damage or quality issues- I know they’re super rare, but they can happen.

When you’ve finished filling everything out & your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email with information on where to send and attached invoice.


The Rules

You knew there were going to be some - there always are - but we’ve made them as easy-going as we could. 

So, here are the simple guidelines we’ve put together for you:

Return shipping is $7.95 for both Exchanges and Returned items if postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item.

**Please note that if you do not go through our return system there will be a 20% fee deducted from your store credit for processing.  If your return has been rejected and you send it back on your own or if you send back a final sale item without prior approval your return will not be processed and no compensation will be issued.**

Just like with all we do, we’ll process your return as quickly as possible and will try to get it done within a 2 week time frame for you. And we won’t leave you hanging- we’ll be sure to let you know when it’s done with a confirmation email sharing the details, including your store credit amount.  


Damaged or Incorrect Orders-
We all know that mistakes sometimes happen - we’re all human, right? 

  • Once you have received  your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.
  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and mis-deliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.

Remember, pictures are worth 1,000 words- seeing an unhappy outfit can help us to understand what happened and how to help you to fix it.


Damaged, worn, or incomplete-
If something looks like it’s been washed or worn (e.g. missing tags, dirty, torn, hygienic liners intact, makeup/deodorant smudges, pet dander, perfume stains, stretched...), we’re not going to be able to accept it. Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.

There are also some limits on what we can accept back and still give you your store credit-


Accessories 
This is also all about keeping people safe and keeping things clean and sanitary, so it includes everything under the Accessories category (e.g. jewelry- rings/earrings/necklaces/bracelets, handbags, hats, koozies, belts).  💎

Custom Tees and Tumblers
These items are made-to-order and shipped directly to you. We can not accept returns of these items.

Ineligible Final Sale Items
Finally, we do our best to not only give you the best, trendiest variety of items available on the internet, but to do it at the absolute best prices. To do that, we have to put just a few exclusions on what items we can exchange or provide store credit returns for-

Deal of the Day 
We give the absolute best price possible on this item, and often offer free shipping on top of it. As a result, it’s not possible to offer exchanges or store credit in addition to these already incredibly low prices

Clearance
We’re able to offer these items at the fantastic prices you’re buying them at because we’re trying to clear them out of our inventory- that’s also why we can’t accept them back.

Sale Category
Don’t worry, we don’t want there to be any confusion. So we made a point of clearly stating at the top of this category “Sales are Final on all Items in this Category” so it’s clear which items are excluded. 

Specials and Sales
Any item that was discounted 20% or more was reduced so much that we’re unable to return it. Also, if an item was part of a Flash Sale and the item price ended in .95, like $63.95 or $73.95 or $58.95 (but NOT $64.98), then it is part of internal coding and unfortunately cannot be exchanged or returned.
